Jefferson Park Complex is Acquired by Real Estate Investment & Management Group

Cleveland, OH - Ted Barr and Joe Greulich, real estate investment and management professionals associated with Woodside Health, announced the acquisition of three medical and general office complexes in Northeast Ohio.

The Jefferson Park complex includes nineteen buildings in Mayfield Village, Fairlawn, and Middleburg Heights, OH. In total, the project offers approximately 220,000 square feet of office space for over 100 tenants.

The project is the result of a partnership of several real estate professionals and organizations. "All of us are eager to start improving the space," said Joe Greulich. "We have immediate plans to repair roofs, enhance landscaping, and upgrade the common areas."

Another real estate professional, Ted Barr, stated, "we have already been working with tenants to understand their future space needs. We're also in active conversations with several prospective new tenants, many of whom are in medical and health fields."
